Parts are procured from distribution centers as well as additional service center locations, then distributed to vehicles in accordance with their scheduled service appointments.
Ensure all incoming appointments are meticulously reviewed to confirm they are accurately prepared and fully documented within the system.
Process and manage warranty part shipments to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, with specific responsibility for handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries.
We are responsible for meticulously receiving, inspecting, and storing stock and special-order parts in an organized and efficient manner.
Professionally oversee inventory stock levels through the execution of daily perpetual parts counts and promptly report any discrepancies identified.
Diligently oversee and update automated systems that generate inventory replenishment lists to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.
To uphold Infant’s exacting standards while delivering a grocery store-like ambiance, meticulously organize the stockroom to ensure optimal efficiency and visual appeal.
Collaborate with the Regional Parts Manager to address and elevate parts-related concerns originating from either internal or external suppliers.
Serve as the primary liaison with leading suppliers, delivering insightful feedback designed to foster ongoing enhancement.
Additional duties may be allocated as required to fulfill operational objectives and support business requirements.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrates proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience in software development or a comparable role. Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Shows expertise in system design, algorithms, and data structures. Familiar with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating in cross-functional teams. Must be capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required, along with 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficient in utilizing a variety of computer application software with a strong level of expertise.
Proficiency in utilizing an Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) is considered a valuable asset.
Desirable qualifications include relevant automotive certifications or completed training programs.
Proficient in technical aspects with a keen ability to recognize spare parts and understand their primary functions.
Demonstrated exceptional proficiency in organizational management, coordination, and interpersonal communication.
Able to perform effectively in high-pressure environments and meet demanding deadlines while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Maintains a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
