Job Summary
The HR/Admin & Operations Officer will oversee the organization’s human resources, administrative, and operational activities, serving as the central point of contact for office management. This role requires ensuring seamless business operations while advancing HR processes, fostering employee engagement, maintaining compliance, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance optimization to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and innovation across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, resolve complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence while ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Analyze data, metrics, and key performance indicators to assess outcomes, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making. Lead and mentor teams to cultivate talent, improve skill sets, and achieve collective and individual performance targets. Communicate transparently with stakeholders at all levels to maintain alignment, resolve conflicts, and facilitate seamless project delivery. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and safety standards while mitigating risks and promoting a secure work environment.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final onboarding, while ensuring all employee documentation is accurately maintained and compliant.
Responsible for the ongoing management and updating of staff records, human resources databases, and personnel files.
Facilitate performance management, foster employee relations, and lead staff development initiatives.
Manage daily office functions and facilitate seamless collaboration between departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Oversee the organization and management of administrative functions, office operations, and facility upkeep.
Create and deploy operational processes and systems with the goal of enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Maintain adherence to HR policies, labor regulations, and established internal operational procedures at all times.
Oversee the administration of leave policies, maintain accurate attendance records, and coordinate staff welfare initiatives.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, compile and present detailed reports, monitor and maintain office supplies, and administer company assets to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers, service partners, and external stakeholders to facilitate and enhance business operations.
Execute various human resources, administrative, and operational tasks as designated by senior leadership.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in an HR, administrative, or operations management position is required.
Work experience in the real estate, media, or a comparable industry is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in human resources methodologies, administrative coordination, and operational oversight is essential.
Proficient in Nigerian labor laws and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively, foster strong communication, build meaningful interpersonal relationships, and maintain exceptional organizational capabilities.
Able to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions while efficiently balancing competing demands.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/administrative management systems is required.
Ability to operate autonomously, uphold strict confidentiality, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
