Job Summary

The Telesales Representative / Content Creator is tasked with boosting sales via proactive outbound efforts and responsive inbound interactions, while also designing engaging digital content to highlight the company’s offerings. The ideal hire will contribute significantly to lead generation, enhance brand recognition, cultivate customer relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Facilitate both outbound and inbound telephone communications to cultivate leads and effectively transition prospects into loyal customers.

Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure a robust sales pipeline is consistently maintained.

Develop and nurture enduring connections with both current and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.

Craft compelling content tailored for social media channels, marketing initiatives, and promotional assets.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies aimed at boosting brand recognition and engagement.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

Deliver precise details regarding the company’s offerings, including products, services, and active promotional initiatives.

You will be responsible for meticulously documenting customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions within the assigned systems.

Evaluate customer feedback on an ongoing basis and offer strategic insights to enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.

Collaborate effectively with the operations and sales teams to maintain flawless service delivery and uphold high standards of client satisfaction.

Achieve established sales objectives and maintain high levels of customer interaction and satisfaction.

Perform all additional duties as directed by management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational needs.

A successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration. Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of three years in a leadership role, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are essential. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, as well as a track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule, is highly desirable. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines is crucial.

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, content creation, or a comparable field, with a minimum of two to three years, is required.

Proficiency in the real estate, media, or a comparable industry represents a valuable asset.

Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively through both spoken and written channels.

Proven expertise in sales, negotiation, and cultivating strong client relationships.
