Job Summary
Ensures all plant heavy equipment remains in optimal, safe working condition through the execution of regular maintenance and timely arrangement of necessary repairs.

Consistently maintaining safety protocols when operating material handling equipment, tools, and other related machinery is essential.
Conduct performance reviews and hands-on evaluations of junior technicians, helpers, and prospective staff to assess their suitability for promotions and new employment opportunities.
Ensure full compliance with the company’s Safety Policy by utilizing all prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and promptly notify the relevant authorities of any accidents or near-miss incidents.
To propose to management strategies for enhancing maintenance practices.
To maintain uninterrupted access to HELM operations, ensuring consistent availability at all times.
To identify issues within diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions, and to implement corrective measures as needed.
To provide support to the supervisor or engineer responsible for spare parts planning.
