Our client, a prominent Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm, seeks a skilled Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead organization-wide execution, enhance governance frameworks, and drive operational excellence initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Implement operational policies, streamline workflows, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure adherence to internal service-level agreements (SLAs) through structured execution.

Facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment between various departments to ensure cohesive project execution and operational efficiency.

Monitor the advancement of projects, ensuring all initiatives, schedules, deadlines, potential risks, and adoption metrics are consistently tracked and evaluated.

Enhance reporting governance and strengthen operational accountability to ensure alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Implement structured frameworks to monitor compliance and drive consistent performance across all departments. Establish clear policies and procedures that foster transparency and mitigate risks associated with reporting discrepancies.

Facilitate the standardization of processes and drive ongoing enhancements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across operations.

Collaborate effectively with senior management to guarantee the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of five years of professional experience in process improvement, Project Management Office (PMO) functions, organizational transformation, operational management, governance frameworks, or business analysis, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.

Exceptional ability to coordinate projects and engage stakeholders effectively.

Implementing and enhancing operational processes across cross-functional teams has been a key responsibility in prior roles. This involves designing, documenting, and rolling out standardized procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability within the organization. The position requires a strong ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing workflow management systems is essential.

Proficiency in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), oil and gas, telecom, consulting, or structured corporate settings is highly beneficial.

PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are considered advantageous.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in Agile teams
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices

Develop and document detailed process maps to visualize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and establish clear operational procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate data, ensuring all process steps, inputs, and outputs are accurately represented. Analyze mapped processes to pinpoint bottlenecks, redundancies, or areas for improvement, then recommend actionable solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance. Maintain updated process documentation, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and aligning with organizational standards and industry best practices. Utilize specialized mapping tools and methodologies to create intuitive visual representations that facilitate understanding and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain reporting and tracking dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators, operational metrics, and business insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates to support informed decision-making across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define dashboard objectives, and validate data sources. Design intuitive and visually compelling dashboards that align with organizational goals and user needs, incorporating best practices in data visualization and user experience. Monitor dashboard performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize functionality and usability. Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and reporting tools to continuously improve dashboard capabilities and deliver maximum value to stakeholders.

We seek a skilled change coordinator to oversee and facilitate organizational transitions, ensuring smooth implementation of modifications. The ideal candidate will manage communication between stakeholders, track progress, and address any challenges that arise during the process. Responsibilities include developing and executing change management plans, evaluating the impact of changes, and providing training and support to teams affected by the transition. A strong background in project management and excellent interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to adapt to evolving circumstances and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
