Overview
We are in search of a Client Investment Advisor to serve as the primary liaison for both prospective and existing clients.
The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, oversee front-desk operations, and provide sales support, addressing initial prospect inquiries, generating leads, facilitating high-level consultations, and assisting with essential onboarding documentation.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties essential to the role, including managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive measurable improvements across departments. Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and address stakeholder concerns promptly. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Professionally handle incoming phone calls, greet office visitors with warmth, and address initial inquiries received via WhatsApp or the website. Additionally, oversee the front desk and reception area to ensure a polished and efficient experience for all visitors and callers.
Systematically log all incoming inquiries, documenting essential information such as the individual’s name, contact details, preferred travel destination, family size, budget allocation, lead origin, and current status.
Attend client meetings as approved, manage consultation scheduling, develop meeting materials, and serve as a professional representative of the business in both internal and external settings.
After consultations, maintain ongoing communication with prospects, dispatch approved corporate brochures, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure the lead tracker is kept current.
Gather critical onboarding documentation from clients, meticulously verify each document against standardized checklists, and submit them to the Operations Manager for final review.
Assist by drafting client proposals with approved company templates and promptly elevate high-value prospects to the CEO or Operations Manager for review.
Requirements
Professionals with a background in banking, customer service, sales, client relations, travel, real estate, investment, or immigration/advisory services are strongly preferred.
A polished and eloquent communicator, adept at engaging with high-net-worth individuals with poise and assurance. Demonstrates superior written communication proficiency, particularly in professional WhatsApp and email correspondence.
Skilled in managing corporate checklists, master trackers, and structured data entry with precision and adherence to established protocols.
Exceptionally reliable, with a strong ability to manage sensitive and confidential client financial and personal information with the highest level of discretion and care.
Resourceful, motivated individuals with a strong aptitude for learning and rapidly understanding the complexities of global citizenship and residency through investment initiatives.
