Oversee and execute core duties encompassing dynamic project management, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic resource allocation to drive organizational objectives forward. Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and align initiatives with long-term business goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes and foster continuous improvement across all functional areas.

Establish and oversee strategic collaborations with prospective corporate clients, including both Chinese and domestic enterprises.

Perform follow-up communications with clients, engage in negotiations, and finalize contractual agreements.

Execute offline promotional initiatives, such as conducting field visits, distributing marketing materials, and engaging in direct community outreach efforts.

Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of prospective clients while consistently meeting or exceeding established monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collect and convey market feedback and competitor insights to the team on a regular basis to ensure informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill this role, requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar position. The ideal applicant must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in industry-specific software. Additionally, the position demands the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.

Requires a minimum of three years of demonstrated success in Business Development or Sales roles, with a preference for candidates with Business-to-Business (B2B) experience.
