Oversee the seamless implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with external providers for inverters, batteries, and UPS systems at all branches and remote sites.
Oversee the management and coordination of service providers to guarantee prompt resolution of fault callouts, equipment malfunctions, and technical support inquiries.
Draft correspondence for managerial review concerning initiatives related to power system improvements and facility upgrades.
Prepare and distribute Letters of Purchase Orders (Los) to facilitate procurement activities and formalize contractual agreements with vendors and contractors.
Oversee mechanical services throughout branch development initiatives, ensuring adherence to Bank-established standards and specifications while managing budgetary constraints.
Evaluates equipment designs and assists in selecting components to ensure optimal lifecycle efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and maintenance simplicity.
Perform regular inspections and evaluate the performance of inverter and UPS systems to verify they operate efficiently and adhere to established operational standards.
Ensure the stringent confidentiality and secure management of all Bank information, with particular emphasis on technical data and documentation.
Maintain meticulous and current documentation of service records, maintenance actions, and vendor evaluations.
Collaborate on budget development and cost projections for inverter, battery, and UPS upgrades or new installations.
Perform additional pertinent duties and administrative functions in alignment with management’s directives as they arise.
