Malcolm’s Anatomy Foundation is currently recruiting a Communications and Outreach Lead to manage the Foundation’s communications strategy across various digital platforms. The position will involve coordinating the presentation of the Foundation’s initiatives, encompassing webinars, media interviews, strategic partnerships, and significant organizational announcements.

The Communications Lead will concentrate on developing and implementing strategic communications plans rather than general content creation, while also overseeing coordination between teams and managing the publication process across various platforms.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery, coordinating team efforts to optimize productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables. Monitor progress through regular evaluations and implement corrective measures as needed to address discrepancies. Serve as the primary liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of goals. Additionally, prepare comprehensive reports detailing project status, key performance indicators, and any emerging challenges for leadership review. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols at all times. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Elevate the visibility and participation of our webinars and events through strategic promotional initiatives. Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling content, including email campaigns, social media posts, and targeted advertisements. Monitor performance metrics to assess engagement levels and make data-driven adjustments to enhance reach and impact. Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with promotional timelines. Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials while adhering to deadlines and budgetary constraints. Analyze feedback and registration data to refine future promotional strategies and maximize attendee turnout.

Drive awareness of authorized webinars and public events through strategic promotion on LinkedIn, Facebook, and additional digital platforms.

Spearhead efforts to enhance audience engagement and boost visibility for events, ensuring maximum participation and impact.

Collaborate closely with the Programs Department to guarantee the timely dissemination of announcements.

Responsibilities include developing and refining ad campaigns, monitoring metrics such as click-through rates and conversions, and reporting on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with nonprofit sectors are essential for success.
