Work collaboratively with Compliance, Risk, Data & Document Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure KYC support aligns with established risk frameworks.

Facilitate the creation and implementation of KYC-focused training initiatives for internal teams and key cross-functional collaborators.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is required for this position.
With a minimum of four to six years of professional experience in areas such as Know Your Customer (KYC), client onboarding, regulatory compliance, or risk management, candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong foundation in these critical functions.
Proven leadership experience in guiding and developing teams within financial services or fintech organizations.
Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of business account onboarding processes and the specific documentation requirements for SMEs and corporate clients.
Proficiency in relevant regulatory frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Know Your Customer (KYC) Guidelines, and Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendations, is strongly desired.
Proficient in analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to manage stakeholders are essential attributes for this role.
A strong familiarity with KYC systems and tools would be beneficial for this role.
