Job Summary
To provide comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the school.
Establish and manage both paper and electronic filing systems to organize and maintain student records efficiently.
Develop, update, and input data into database systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for organizational use.
Responsibilities include identifying and appending the correct files to incoming correspondence that necessitates a response.
Accurately gather and supply the requested data in a timely manner.
Schedule and verify appointments for team members with the Principal and President, ensuring alignment with their availability and priorities.
Oversee and manage appointment and event calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and coordination.
Prepare accurate and concise meeting minutes by documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items in a structured format. Ensure all relevant details are captured, including attendees, topics covered, and any assigned tasks with deadlines. Maintain clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality while adhering to organization-specific guidelines for minute-taking.
