Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and digitally literate Graduate Trainee Intern (NYC Corps Member) to strengthen our team. The successful applicant should have completed a degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and demonstrate foundational expertise or practical exposure in digital marketing, social media administration, content development, and online research. This position provides a valuable chance to acquire hands-on experience across technology, digital marketing, travel, and education consulting while supporting the company’s expansion.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including leading project initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives with company goals, monitor progress, and deliver measurable results. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance protocols while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Provide assistance in the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels.

Assist in the strategic management and expansion of the company’s social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Develop compelling content tailored for social media platforms, blog posts, email newsletters, and website refreshes to captivate and inform audiences effectively.

Perform comprehensive online research to analyze market trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and monitor key industry developments.

Provide support for updating website content and performing foundational SEO tasks.

Drive lead generation initiatives via digital platforms and channels.

Track social media interactions and address inquiries as needed.

Provide support in the development of basic graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral through the use of design software.

Prepare comprehensive reports analyzing digital marketing performance metrics and the outcomes of marketing campaigns.

Deliver comprehensive administrative and technical assistance to designated departments as required.

Remain informed about the latest advancements in digital tools, technologies, and online marketing developments.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, alongside a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in database management and cloud computing platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are mandatory. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.

Serve as an active NYC Corps Member assigned to Lagos State.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.

Candidates should possess foundational skills or prior experience in areas such as digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or search engine optimization.

Proficient in conducting thorough internet research and adept at utilizing computer systems with a high level of skill.

Proficiency in tools including Canva, Google Workspace, the Microsoft Office Suite, and various social media platforms is essential.

Proficiency in website management and digital technologies is advantageous.

Possesses strong capabilities in written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and effective exchange of ideas.
