Job Summary
As a Business Developer within Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, your primary responsibility involves spearheading business expansion by uncovering untapped opportunities, onboarding high-quality merchants, training agents and merchants, and fostering widespread product adoption.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee key operational duties, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to organizational standards. The role entails managing daily activities, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the position requires analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and implementing strategic solutions to drive efficiency. Strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.
Market research and outreach entails identifying and engaging critical merchants across diverse market segments to promote PWT, merchant financing options, strategic partnerships, and digital payment solutions. This role involves proactively sourcing prospects through multiple channels, including online business directories, industry conferences, and professional referrals.
Develop and execute a strategic approach to engage with prospective clients, cultivating meaningful relationships while coordinating meetings or product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of integrating Palm Pay’s full range of solutions into their operations.
Conduct in-depth evaluations of clients’ operational workflows, financial transaction processes, and primary obstacles to accurately pinpoint their precise requirements and areas of difficulty, subsequently proposing customized remedies to address these findings.
Customized Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively demonstrate Palm Pay’s services, emphasizing key features, functionalities, and projected returns on investment, specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each merchant, including Key and High Quality merchants.
Forged and nurtured long-term partnerships with pivotal stakeholders in client organizations, consistently showcasing deep industry knowledge, unwavering dependability, and prompt responsiveness.
Lead negotiations to finalize pricing, terms, and agreements, driving successful deals while ensuring satisfaction and full compliance with company policies.
Collaborative Implementation: Partner effectively with internal departments, including product development and customer support, to resolve client inquiries, provide technical guidance, and facilitate smooth service deployment.
