Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory for this role.
Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are highly advantageous.
Proficiency in housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives is advantageous.
Requires a minimum of five to ten years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration.
Experienced in real estate development, infrastructure initiatives, or large-scale construction projects, with a proven track record of involvement in such ventures.
