Job Summary:

A meticulous and dependable Cleaning Consultant will be responsible for upholding a clean, secure, and orderly office environment. This position demands the consistent execution of top-tier cleaning and fundamental facility maintenance tasks to foster an optimal workspace.

Performs duties in a structured shift format to ensure operations are covered throughout the designated timeframe.

This position involves working on a rotational shift schedule.

Flexible working hours will be determined based on organizational requirements, accommodating either a morning or afternoon schedule as needed.

The Cleaner must consistently arrive punctually, fulfill all assigned responsibilities throughout their scheduled shift, and demonstrate reliable attendance.

Occasionally, adaptability may be necessary to accommodate extraordinary cleaning requirements or pressing assignments.

Duties and responsibilities include overseeing and executing core operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities involve managing daily workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency. The role demands adherence to established policies and protocols while fostering collaboration across departments. Additionally, the position requires diligent monitoring of performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous process optimization.

Each day, the office must be thoroughly cleaned by sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain a tidy and hygienic environment.

Thoroughly sanitize desks, chairs, and all other office furniture to maintain a pristine and hygienic work environment.

Collect and remove waste materials from designated receptacles, ensuring they are properly discarded in appropriate disposal areas.

Consistently maintain optimal cleanliness and sanitation of toilets by performing thorough cleaning and washing to ensure they remain fresh and hygienic.

Maintain the cleanliness of all outdoor office spaces, including walkways and parking areas.

Ensure the office is securely locked at the conclusion of each business day.

Replace light bulbs as necessary and activate the generator when required.

Maintain the landscape by removing weeds and ensuring the neat appearance of grass, flowers, and pathways.

Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to ensure the facility remains in optimal condition.

Perform any additional cleaning duties or support tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure overall cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Candidates must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for the position. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and strong analytical skills are mandatory, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities is critical. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and project management methodologies is preferred.

Proficiency in reading and effective communication skills are required.

Prior experience in cleaning or related fields is highly beneficial.
