Job Summary
A skilled IT Officer is sought to oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, software, CCTV, and data backup procedures.
The successful candidate will maintain seamless IT operations, deliver expert technical support, uphold robust system security, and facilitate business continuity initiatives.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, and demonstrate at least five years of professional experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is essential, alongside hands-on expertise with data visualization tools and statistical software. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly are also required. Familiarity with cloud platforms, big data technologies, and database management systems is highly advantageous.
A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in IT support or administration, demonstrating expertise in resolving technical issues and managing IT infrastructure efficiently.
Possesses extensive expertise in computer systems, network infrastructure, technical troubleshooting, and data backup solutions.
Effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and strong organizational abilities are essential.
