The Extension and Farmer Success Manager will oversee Vetsark’s initiatives for farmer onboarding, extension support, farm monitoring, and performance evaluation.

This position is tasked with driving optimal production, financial success, adherence to repayment plans, and long-term farmer engagement. The Manager will oversee a team of extension officers and field agents, track farm performance metrics, orchestrate targeted technical interventions, and provide comprehensive support to farmers at every stage of the production cycle.

Oversee core duties encompassing project management, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic planning initiatives. Ensure adherence to organizational objectives through meticulous progress tracking and performance evaluation. Collaborate with stakeholders to align resources and optimize operational efficiency. Facilitate communication channels to maintain transparency and accountability across all levels. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive sustainable growth.

We specialize in facilitating the seamless onboarding of agricultural producers and overseeing the strategic administration of their portfolios. This involves conducting thorough assessments of their operational capabilities, financial standing, and compliance with industry regulations to ensure a smooth integration into our ecosystem. Additionally, we provide ongoing support to optimize their productivity, mitigate risks, and align their business objectives with our organizational goals.

Proactively identify, evaluate, and profile poultry and aquaculture farmers, followed by seamless onboarding to ensure productive integration into the program.

Ensure the completion of farmer Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, farm evaluations, and the collection of baseline data.

Monitor the entire lifecycle of each farmer, from initial deployment through production, harvest, and loan repayment, ensuring comprehensive tracking and documentation at every stage.

Evaluate and propose whether farmers should be renewed, expanded, supported, suspended, or removed from consideration.

Provide expert assistance and guidance for extension-related inquiries, alongside comprehensive technical support to address user concerns and challenges with efficiency and professionalism.

Design and execute comprehensive training initiatives and production-enhancement programs tailored specifically for farmers.

Deliver expert advice on feeding protocols, vaccination schedules, biosecurity measures, mortality management practices, and overall farm operations to ensure optimal animal health and productivity.

Facilitate in-person farm visits, provide remote assistance, and coordinate specialized interventions as needed.

Verify that farmers adhere to established production plans and input-use schedules.

The Farm Monitoring and Data position involves overseeing agricultural operations and analyzing key metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity. This role requires proficiency in tracking crop growth, soil health, and environmental conditions, as well as managing data collection systems. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve farm performance.
