Job Summary

We seek a dynamic Sales Executive with a track record of success in the HVAC accessories sector to expand revenue, cultivate new business opportunities, and foster critical relationships across the HVAC landscape. The preferred candidate will demonstrate in-depth product expertise and a well-established network among HVAC contractors, installers, and project-based firms.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance across various departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous innovation. Manage key projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, fostering transparent communication and accountability. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and implement corrective measures as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high ethical standards.

Our role involves actively marketing and distributing a comprehensive range of HVAC accessories, such as self-adhesive duct tapes, aluminum foil tapes, insulation tapes, flexible ducts, dampers, grilles, diffusers, insulation materials, sealants, fasteners, and various other HVAC-related accessories.

Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with HVAC contractors, installers, consultants, fabricators, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.

Analyze HVAC systems to uncover potential projects and cultivate new avenues for sales growth.

Deliver consistent monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned to ensure sustained revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.

Craft detailed quotations, engage in strategic pricing discussions, and finalize agreements to secure sales.

Perform routine on-site inspections at HVAC project sites and client facilities.

Monitor industry developments, analyze competitor actions, and evaluate pricing strategies within the HVAC accessories market to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to guarantee seamless order processing and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include ensuring the precision of sales records, tracking pipeline progress, and compiling performance reports.

Seeking a candidate with at least five years of progressive experience in a similar role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaborating across departments and presenting findings clearly. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is required, as is the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.

With a minimum of two to five years of hands-on experience in direct sales within the HVAC accessories sector, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in driving revenue and cultivating client relationships.

Professional Rewriting:
