Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion to ensure optimal performance and return on investment. Develop, execute, and oversee paid advertising initiatives spanning Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube.

Develop campaigns, target audiences, ad sets, and manage budgets to maximize performance and ensure cost efficiency.

Ensure that all campaigns consistently align with established business objectives, revenue projections, and brand standards.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of campaign management, from initial setup and execution to ongoing optimization, ensuring full accountability throughout each phase.

Campaign optimization and expansion entail refining and growing marketing initiatives to maximize performance and impact. This involves conducting thorough data analysis to pinpoint key insights, implementing strategic adjustments to enhance targeting and messaging, and scaling successful campaigns to increase reach and efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, A/B testing various elements, and optimizing ad spend allocation to ensure the highest possible return on investment. Enhancing the performance and conversion efficiency of websites and sales funnels is a key responsibility of this role. SEO & Organic Growth: Responsible for enhancing website visibility through strategic search engine optimization techniques and fostering sustainable growth in organic traffic. Requires expertise in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and performance tracking via analytics tools. Collaborates with content teams to align SEO strategies with content creation, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich material that meets search intent. Monitors algorithm updates, competitor analysis, and industry trends to adapt strategies proactively. Reports on KPIs such as rankings, traffic trends, and conversion rates to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

We seek a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience alongside a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional expertise. Proficiency in industry-standard software, tools, and methodologies is mandatory, and familiarity with applicable regulations and compliance standards is essential. Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are required.
