Oversee and execute core organizational duties encompassing strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Manage critical projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, foster innovation, and enhance productivity. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Serve as a liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalated issues. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.

Direct the strategic planning, implementation, and successful delivery of human genomics initiatives and projects.

Collaborate with diverse teams spanning laboratory operations, bioinformatics, and research divisions to ensure seamless integration of efforts and alignment with organizational objectives.

Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of project schedules, financial allocations, resource distribution, and interactions with key stakeholders.

Act as the principal representative for human genomics initiatives and collaborative alliances.

Provide strategic leadership for regulatory approvals, oversee ethics submissions, and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.

Maintain rigorous standards for laboratory protocols, data integrity, and operational efficiency throughout all processes.

We assist in identifying potential grant opportunities, crafting proposals, and preparing funding applications to secure financial support for projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a Life science, Public Health, or closely related discipline, coupled with a minimum of five years of applicable professional experience—or a doctoral degree in the same field with at least three years of hands-on practice.

Individuals must possess a comprehensive grasp of genomics, multinomial, next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, and bioinformatics principles.

Accomplished professionals with a track record of successfully overseeing intricate scientific or research initiatives are sought.

Proven expertise in utilizing sequencing analysis software and informatics tools is essential for this role.

Exceptional abilities in stakeholder management, clear communication, and effective leadership are essential.

Proficiency in ISO quality standards and regulatory procedures is necessary.

Proven capacity to efficiently prioritize tasks and coordinate the efforts of diverse, cross-functional teams.
