A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a closely related discipline.
Professional registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory.
Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) would be considered a significant advantage.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are advantageous.
Familiarity with housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives would be beneficial.
A minimum of five to ten years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration is required.
Proven track record in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development initiatives is required.
