Job Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor will manage a team of kitchen staff and ensure the seamless daily operation of the kitchen, which includes maintaining clean equipment, monitoring supply levels, and rotating food inventory.

Qualifications
A Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or an equivalent qualification is required for this role.
Preferred candidates should possess commercial cooking experience, ideally in a restaurant or hotel setting. While vocational training in catering would be beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Proficiency in management or leadership roles will be considered a valuable asset.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Proficient in fundamental reading and writing competencies, with the ability to interpret and compose clear, coherent text in accordance with established standards.
