The Regional Coordinator – Technical Programs serves as a senior technical authority, overseeing and directing Africa CDC’s foundational technical programs and initiatives from the Regional Coordinating Centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the institutionalization of the Africa Health Security and Sovereignty Agenda (AHS), with a particular focus on strengthening digital health systems, Public Financial Management practices, and Supply Chain mechanisms—including the African Pooled Procurement Mechanism (PPM)—across Member States within the Regional Coordination Centre (RCC).
