As a Brand Designer, you will play a key role in defining Hugo’s presence across digital, physical, and internal channels. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand and marketing design initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual identity, graphic design, and marketing collateral development. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is essential, along with a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. This role demands creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives. Responsibilities include crafting cohesive brand guidelines, designing promotional materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation across all channels.

Craft visual and textual content for both digital and print mediums, encompassing marketing materials, sales collateral, employer branding initiatives, and internal communications.

Develop compelling social media graphics, engaging presentations, concise one-pagers, high-impact advertisements, and cohesive event collateral, along with a variety of branded materials.

Evolve and uphold Hugo’s visual identity consistently across diverse channels and strategic initiatives.

Transform strategic concepts and narratives into compelling, visually compelling creative deliverables.

Campaign & Content Support professionals play a vital role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to refine campaigns. Additionally, they maintain consistency in tone and style across all channels, manage content calendars, and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation. Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in content management systems and data analytics tools. Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and project coordination is highly valued.

Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, People Operations, and Revenue to develop and execute campaigns and product launches.

Provide assistance in the development of event branding and oversee the production of creative assets for conferences, activations, and strategic partnerships.

Collaborate in developing innovative ideas for employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement programs.

Oversee production activities and ensure seamless execution of all operational tasks. Experience

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with database management systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary. Additionally, experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

With a minimum of five years of specialized experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication, candidates should demonstrate a strong foundation in creating compelling visual solutions and cohesive brand identities.

A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing materials is essential.

In addition to other qualifications, prior experience in dynamic or agency-based work settings is advantageous.

Proven expertise in creating designs tailored for digital and print mediums.

Demonstrates proficiency in a range of technical and interpersonal abilities essential for success in the role, including strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork.
