Serving as the primary regulatory liaison between internal teams—including Operations, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Sales—and external regulatory bodies, the position plays a pivotal role in mitigating compliance risks while fostering sustainable business expansion.

Interpret both new and existing regulations governing wheat milling processes as well as the sourcing, formulation, and use of pasta ingredients, additives, and premixes.

Deliver comprehensive regulatory training sessions designed to educate internal stakeholders on pertinent compliance requirements and standards.
Engage in relevant professional organizations and industry conferences—such as the Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (MAN) and the Association for Business Education and Training Excellence (AF BTE)—as required to enhance industry knowledge and networking opportunities.

Requirements
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related field is required.
A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
Experience
With a minimum of five to seven years of hands-on regulatory or quality/regulatory experience, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods, food production, or agricultural commodities sectors, you will bring a strong foundation to this role.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of feed regulations, additives, labeling requirements, and import/export protocols.
Professional experience in manufacturing environments, coupled with expertise in navigating multicountry regulatory frameworks, is required.
Preferred candidates will possess prior experience within large multinational corporations or commodity and agribusiness sectors.
