Job Summary
The Pharmacist oversees the day-to-day functions of both clinical and retail pharmacy operations, maintains a commitment to outstanding patient care, and provides exceptional customer service.
This position encompasses precise medication dispensing, delivering expert clinical guidance, overseeing inventory (including wellness and cosmetic products), and fostering community involvement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of autonomy while leveraging meticulous attention to detail, advanced clinical skills, and a keen commercial perspective to drive the pharmacy’s expansion and uphold regulatory standards.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve complex challenges, and drive sustainable growth. Accurately dispense medications in strict adherence to prescriptions and applicable regulatory standards.
Deliver expert clinical counseling to patients on medication management, potential side effects, and overall health and wellness strategies.
Oversee the efficient functioning and enhancement of retail pharmacy operations, with a focus on the strategic promotion and meticulous stock management of wellness products and cosmetics.
Provide outstanding customer service to foster and sustain meaningful patient connections within the local area.
Utilize social media and digital channels strategically to amplify the pharmacy’s presence and foster greater understanding of health-related topics within the community.
Oversee inventory levels vigilantly, uphold appropriate storage standards for pharmaceutical products, and meticulously document all records.
Requirements
Earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) degree.
Hold a current and valid Pharmacist license that authorizes you to practice in the jurisdiction.
Proficiency in a community pharmacy environment is highly advantageous.
Possessing robust clinical expertise alongside exceptional customer service and communication abilities, the ideal candidate demonstrates a unique blend of technical proficiency and interpersonal finesse.
Maintains meticulous focus on detail and demonstrates the capacity to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
Proficiency in wellness products, cosmetics, and retail pharmacy operations is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in digital tools and a strong understanding of social media platforms are beneficial.
High priority is given to candidates residing near the pharmacy’s location.
