Summary
ARISE is in search of a proactive and meticulously organized Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of projects in Born and Lobe States.
This position will be responsible for implementing ARISE interventions aimed at enhancing peace building, empowering youth and women, fostering livelihoods, encouraging civic engagement, and strengthening community resilience in conflict-affected regions.
The Project Coordinator will collaborate with field teams, partners, and senior management to facilitate the seamless execution of projects, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and the realization of established objectives.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, informing data-driven decision-making. Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on key initiatives. Monitor performance metrics, track progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for development.

Coordinate daily project activities across the Born and Lobe field locations.
Facilitate the prompt and accurate completion of project work plans while maintaining alignment with established objectives and performance indicators.
Collaborate effectively with Project Officers, Volunteers, and Consultants to facilitate seamless project execution.
Conducts comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities to track progress, assess impact, and document outcomes. Analyzes data, identifies trends, and ensures accurate reporting to stakeholders. Develops and maintains systems for data collection, validation, and documentation. Prepares detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Ensures compliance with reporting standards and organizational policies. Collaborates with teams to align evaluations with strategic objectives and improve program effectiveness.
Facilitate the creation and execution of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks to monitor and document project advancements effectively.
Gather, organize, and evaluate project data to generate reports and inform strategic decisions.
Diligent preparation of timely, precise narrative and activity reports is required to provide management and donors with essential updates.
To oversee on-site operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards throughout all field activities.
Engaging and coordinating with stakeholders effectively forms a critical component of this role, ensuring alignment, communication, and collaboration across all relevant parties. This entails maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating transparent dialogue, and addressing their needs or concerns in a timely manner.
