Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on a comprehensive range of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, blood pressure monitors, oxygen concentrators, mobility aids, and support devices, as well as consumable supplies such as gloves, bandages, syringes, and wound dressings.
Instruct clients on the correct operation and functionality of various medical devices and equipment to ensure safe and effective usage.
Assist customers in identifying appropriate products tailored to their needs and any prescribed recommendations from their healthcare providers. Ensure meticulous and up-to-date maintenance of inventory records.
Offer essential post-sales assistance and conduct timely follow-ups with clients as required.
You will monitor stock levels closely, promptly reporting any shortages, and support inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock availability.
Must have a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, business administration, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as are strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of problem-solving and adaptability to evolving priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
A Certificate in Health Care Assistance, Nursing Assistance, or a related field is required, along with an SSC Certificate. Alternatively, relevant experience in a medical store or healthcare setting may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
