Expert guidance will be provided on Nigerian fiscal frameworks, specifically PPT, CIT, TET, VAT, and royalties, maintaining technical precision, adherence to regulatory standards, and readiness for audit scrutiny.

Evaluate tax and commercial risks comprehensively, design optimized structures, and provide robust, defensible opinions to guide client decision-making effectively.

You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field, earned with at least a second class upper division or upper credit; a legal background would be particularly advantageous.

A minimum of five credits from the WASSCE Ordinary Level or NECK, or an equivalent examination, must be obtained in a single sitting, with Mathematics and English Language included among the subjects.

Corporate tax professionals should possess a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience within the corporate sector.

A qualification accredited by ICAN or ARCA is required.
