Accountable for conducting comprehensive audits, developing design specifications, overseeing the installation process, and ensuring the full implementation of solar power solutions.

Serve as the central hub, liaising with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth and efficient project execution.

Draft comprehensive standard operating procedures as well as robust quality and safety protocols specifically tailored to solar installation projects.

Evaluate customers’ energy consumption and cost profiles with precision. Demonstrate proficiency in optimally designing solar power solutions.

Manage several projects concurrently across diverse stages of development and construction, with the potential for both local and regional locations.

Design solar systems tailored to individual customer specifications, encompassing mini-grid and rooftop installations. Consult with clients and engineering teams to evaluate equipment needs and establish precise system requirements.

We are tasked with converting meticulously crafted solar, electrical, and civil design plans from paper into tangible on-site implementations.

Collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams across the organization to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Handling drawings and documents, facilitating their submission and approval, coordinating schedules, conducting inspections, and developing a comprehensive checklist for reviewing all standard procedures are key responsibilities of this role.

We oversee the complete lifecycle of solar projects, encompassing rooftop and ground-mounted installations, as well as provide ongoing AMC and service support.

Utilize portable energy audit instruments, including power analyzers and data loggers, to conduct thorough assessments of energy consumption and efficiency.

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the site to determine its feasibility, then recommend and implement the most appropriate solutions to optimize its suitability.

Responsibilities include assessing configurations and spatial requirements for solar panels, along with other supported electrical equipment, while selecting appropriate cables for plant operations. Additionally, the role involves creating layouts, schematic diagrams, and performing technical sizing calculations, as well as preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).

To generate and deliver weekly or biweekly status reports and dashboards that reflect current progress and key metrics.

Deliver technical leadership and assistance to installation crews throughout the installation phase, startup, testing, system commissioning, or ongoing performance evaluation.

Diagnosing and resolving issues that arise during installation processes are key responsibilities.
