Job Summary

A highly motivated and innovative primary school Teacher is sought to enhance our dynamic team.

A dedicated professional with a strong background in fostering the holistic development—academic, social, and emotional—of every child.

Delivers primary accountability for overseeing assigned operational functions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives. Conducts routine evaluations of processes to identify inefficiencies and implements strategic improvements. Collaborates cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather insights and drive cohesive decision-making. Manages performance metrics, monitors progress, and reports outcomes to senior leadership. Facilitates training initiatives and mentors team members to enhance productivity and skill development. Maintains compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout all activities.

Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans across essential academic areas, including literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies, ensuring alignment with state and national educational standards.

Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that accommodates a wide range of learning needs.

Evaluate student performance regularly, offering constructive feedback and adjusting instructional methods to meet individual learning needs.

Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to foster a supportive and cohesive learning environment.

Support and cultivate students’ social-emotional growth while fostering a positive and constructive classroom environment through consistent behavior reinforcement.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Primary Education or a closely related discipline is required.

Hold a current, valid state-issued teaching certificate or license specifically designated for primary grade levels.

Candidates must possess prior experience working in a primary classroom setting, which may include student teaching placements.

Skilled in effectively managing classroom environments and fostering clear, professional communication.

Dedication to delivering tailored instruction and prioritizing the unique needs of each child is fundamental.
