This position presents an excellent opportunity for a professional with a robust scientific background and outstanding relationship-building and business development capabilities. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, driving the adoption of innovative Invited Diagnostic solutions and assisting laboratories in enhancing their diagnostic capacities.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and project management, to ensure organizational objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance operational excellence and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive continuous growth. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions that align with long-term business goals. Additionally, ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include marketing and selling the organization’s Invited Diagnostic (IVD) products and solutions to hospitals, diagnostic facilities, laboratories, and healthcare organizations.

Foster and sustain robust professional connections with laboratory managers, procurement teams, and other essential stakeholders.

Perform product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions for potential clients.

Devise and implement innovative approaches to enhance market penetration and growth opportunities.

Deliver comprehensive product education and fundamental technical assistance to customers, thereby facilitating seamless implementation and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that align with client requirements.

Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas while upholding the utmost professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance measures is highly advantageous.

A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related life science field is required.

A valid professional license or registration is required when applicable.

Mandatory prior experience in vitro diagnostics (IVD) sales is required for this position.

Proficiency in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or laboratory operations is highly beneficial.

Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of diagnostic laboratory processes and clinical utility.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate adeptly, and deliver compelling presentations.

A highly motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve targets and the ability to cultivate enduring professional connections.

Ability to travel domestically or internationally on short notice when necessary.
