About the Role

Grant Thornton Academy, a Professional Training Academy, is in search of an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the Academy’s employee feeder programs, talent development initiatives, and key strategic projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of training pipelines, partnership engagements, curriculum development plans, and operational projects across the academy.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to facilitate the timely delivery of projects.

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role.
