Job Summary

Are you a dynamic sales expert with a proven track record of delivering results in the FMCG, logistics, supply chain, or cold-chain industries?

Omni Fresh seeks to grow its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure throughout Lagos and is recruiting a Business Development Manager to enhance occupancy rates at its chilled and frozen storage facilities.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential manufacturers, distributors, and importers to facilitate their onboarding process. This role requires establishing strong partnerships across the supply chain while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position demands thorough market research and strategic outreach to expand the network of trusted business partners.

Secure multi-year agreements for storing pallets to ensure a reliable, extended-term storage solution.

Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and ensure consistent business development.

Devise strategies to convert market insights into revenue-generating opportunities.

Facilitate the widespread adoption and implementation of Omni Fresh’s innovative cold-storage solutions across target markets and customer segments.

What we’re looking for:

Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales or business development roles is required.

Experienced in commercial dealings and adept at negotiation, with a proven ability to secure favorable outcomes through strategic discussions and effective persuasion. Demonstrates a keen understanding of market dynamics and a talent for building mutually beneficial agreements.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience within fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, supply chain management, or closely aligned fields to qualify for consideration.

Proficient in customer relationship management systems and skilled in leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

A results-oriented professional with a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and successfully finalize agreements.
