Purpose

We are seeking to implement and enhance the automation of business processes leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connector capabilities. The role involves developing scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions to drive operational efficiency across various departments.

Oversee and execute daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion and innovation while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development among team members. Manage stakeholder relationships, address concerns proactively, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.

Develop, construct, and implement automated workflows with Power Automate to enhance efficiency by eliminating repetitive tasks and approvals.

Craft innovative connectors within the Power Platform to enhance application functionality and facilitate seamless integration with external services.

Craft high-performance SQL queries to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from diverse data sources.

Develop and oversee REST API integrations to seamlessly connect Power Platform solutions with external applications.

Develop automated desktop workflows leveraging platforms such as Selenium and Power Automate Desktop to streamline processes within legacy or non-API-based systems.

Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate to develop interactive user interfaces by implementing advanced FX formulas alongside sophisticated query logic.

Design innovative business applications by leveraging both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to meet organizational needs.

Develop intuitive, responsive interfaces that meet established business objectives while ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.

Develop, administer, and optimize SharePoint lists and libraries while seamlessly integrating them with Power Platform applications and automated workflows.

Oversee document libraries, manage permission settings, and ensure metadata structures remain accurate and well-organized.

Partner with various departments to collect requirements, confirm business needs, and provide customized solutions.

Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing assistance to end-users regarding implemented solutions.

Ensure adherence to established organizational protocols for data management, security protocols, and application lifecycle governance.

Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, user guides, and change logs to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Evaluate the performance and reliability of existing automations and applications to identify areas for enhancement or troubleshooting.

Revise and enhance the offering in response to user insights and shifting business objectives.

Qualifications and experience required for this role include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar position. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in team leadership and budget management is highly desirable. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure project success. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is also a prerequisite.

Applicants must hold a university degree in any discipline and have at least two to three years of relevant work experience in a comparable role.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is highly desirable, as is experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau. Highly skilled in developing solutions using Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power BI, Power Automate, and AI Builder.

Proficiency in leveraging Power Automate to design and implement automated workflows and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions is essential.

Demonstrates exceptional expertise in SQL and related data query languages, with a deep understanding of their syntax, functions, and optimization techniques.

Seasoned professionals should possess hands-on expertise in integrating RESTful APIs alongside seamless connectivity with external services.

Skilled in designing and implementing bespoke connectors within the Power Platform environment.
