Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues in designated equipment, including inverters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), batteries, voltage stabilizers, and other related electrical appliances, strictly adhering to the established protocols of the Service Centre.
Address technical issues pertaining to the product, both within the service center and on-site as required.
Ensure strict adherence to all service center protocols concerning repair processes, job sequence, safety protocols, and ongoing training initiatives, while maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout each phase.
Compile and submit daily activity reports ensuring comprehensive tracking and documentation of ongoing tasks and project progress. Maintain meticulous records of completed activities, pending items, and any challenges encountered to facilitate transparency and accountability within the team. Verify the accuracy and timeliness of all reported data before finalizing submissions.
Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management to support operational needs and project objectives.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks is highly advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree (B.Eng.) or higher national diploma (HND) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required for this position.
Proficiency in the repair and installation of Inverters, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) constitutes a valuable asset for this role.
Proficiency in electrical wiring methodologies and electronic component integration is highly desirable.
Skilled in operating computers and proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications.
