Omni Fresh is broadening its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure throughout Lagos and seeks a Business Development Manager to enhance occupancy rates at its chilled and frozen storage facilities.
What you’ll do
Proactively engage with potential partners, including manufacturers, distributors, and importers, to establish and onboard them into the network.
Secure enduring agreements for the leasing of pallet storage spaces.
Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and ensure consistent business development.
Transform market data and consumer understanding into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Accelerate the market penetration and customer adoption of Omni Fresh’s advanced cold-storage solutions by cultivating strategic partnerships, demonstrating product value, and addressing client needs through tailored solutions.
What we’re looking for:
With a demonstrated track record in B2B sales or business development, candidates will bring valuable experience to the role.
Demonstrated proficiency in commercial acumen and contract negotiation, with a proven ability to influence outcomes through strategic discussions and deal structuring.
Industry experience in fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, supply chain management, or comparable sectors is required.
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and skilled in leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making processes.
A results-oriented professional with a proven ability to consistently secure deals.
