The role is responsible for maintaining the availability of essential spare parts to meet manufacturing requirements across PMD, SMD, and Engineering departments. It involves ensuring the seamless execution of R&RS core processes and accurate data entry in SAP. Additionally, the position involves facilitating the timely issuance of machinery spare parts to SMD, PMD, FMD, QA, and other departments, while documenting transactions appropriately.

Ensure the proper storage and security of inventory through the execution of daily R&RS operations, thereby preventing loss, damage, or write-offs.
Promptly dispatch spare parts to manufacturing and other end-user departments to reduce machine downtime.
Ensure meticulous inspection of all orders against their specified requirements, accurately receiving and documenting GR (Goods Receipt) with 100% precision in all inbound and outbound postings to mitigate the risk of exceptional costs or discrepancies arising from incorrect or missing documentation.
Actively engaged in the identification, categorization, and relocation of spare parts throughout the spares write-off process.
Conduct monthly inventory counts, year-end assessments, and coordinate reconciliations with Finance and the External Auditor.
The role involves collaborating with the backup Planner to ensure complete transparency regarding incoming and outgoing operations.
Conducts monthly and periodic stock-takes, systematically evaluating and documenting all defective and rejected spares to assess their obsolescence.
What are we looking for?
A minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Engineering or any field related to numerical studies is required.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience within an FMCG retail environment is required, along with a solid understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
Proven expertise in SAP software, or other inventory management solutions, is essential.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to efficiently manage data, create dynamic presentations, and prepare professional documents.
Excellent leadership abilities and strong interpersonal competencies are essential.
Proficient in both written and oral communication in the English language.
