The T&I Delivery / Domain Lead is a Partner-level position responsible for full accountability over KPMG’s most substantial and intricate multi-country Technology & Innovation engagements across Africa. This role functions as the commercial and delivery cornerstone of the T&I business, personally ensuring revenue generation, leading high-impact transformation initiatives, and solidifying KPMG T&I’s reputation as the preferred partner for clients in financial services, telecommunications, energy, and government sectors. By playing a pivotal role in achieving the USD 100M annual revenue milestone by FY28, the Domain Lead carries a direct revenue target of USD 8–10M per year at a sustainable level.

Spearhead the pursuit of substantial cross-border agreements, shepherding them from initial qualification to final contract execution while maintaining a consistent senior client-facing role throughout every phase of the bid process.
Chair the internal deal review and investment committee process for all major transactions within the portfolio, maintaining commercial discipline and safeguarding margins prior to finalizing agreements.
Cultivate and sustain high-level executive client relationships, including C-suite executives, Ministers, and Board members, within key accounts in the designated domain or geographic region.
Partner with Alliance Market Leads (Block D) to transform prospective Microsoft, ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle opportunities into finalized, margin-guaranteed contracts.
Delivery Leadership and Margin Accountability

Prior experience with software development, debugging, and system architecture is required. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with agile methodologies are mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective teamwork skills are necessary.
Required qualifications and experience include a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as education, curriculum development, or instructional design. Candidates must possess at least three years of professional experience in academic settings, preferably in roles involving curriculum design, faculty training, or educational administration. Strong proficiency in educational technology, assessment methodologies, and project management is essential.
