Job Summary

A leading multinational FMCG organization is seeking an accomplished recruitment professional to oversee nationwide hiring initiatives.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties central to the role, including the execution of [specific tasks or processes relevant to the position], ensuring adherence to established protocols and industry standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to streamline workflows, drive project milestones, and resolve operational challenges that arise. Maintain meticulous documentation of activities, outcomes, and compliance metrics to support audits and data-driven decision-making. Analyze performance indicators regularly to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for enhancement, proposing actionable strategies to optimize and resource allocation. Remain updated on evolving best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to recommend and implement improvements in processes or systems. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement by mentoring team members and aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.

Oversee the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting, phone screenings, in-person interviews, consistent candidate communication, and ongoing collaboration with recruitment leadership.

Proactively source resumes across multiple recruitment platforms to ensure an adequate and highly qualified pool of candidates for staffing needs.

Review resumes to identify qualified candidates and compile a shortlist for subsequent evaluation stages.

Develop diverse talent pipelines and data sources by proactively engaging with community organizations, educational institutions, staffing agencies, fellow recruiters, media outlets, and online platforms.

Oversee the distribution of job openings across high-performing recruitment platforms.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is also necessary. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are highly valued.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of two to three years of hands-on recruitment experience, whether as an in-house recruiter, executive search professional, or within a recruitment agency, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the FMCG sector.

A dynamic, diligent, and highly motivated individual who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong work ethic, coupled with a readiness to undertake additional hours when necessary.

Individuals must possess strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with diverse groups of people.

Proficient in both written and verbal English communication, with a strong command of the language.
