The role involves assisting with the recruitment and integration of new affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for each new addition to the team.
Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with current affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.
Track affiliate performance metrics and promptly escalate any issues that require attention or intervention.
Facilitate comprehensive communication with affiliates regarding product details, pricing structures, and promotional initiatives to ensure alignment and awareness.
Track referrals diligently while supporting the commission reconciliation process to ensure accurate documentation and timely payouts.
Compile weekly and monthly reports to evaluate affiliate performance, ensuring all metrics and data are accurately documented and analyzed.
To track progress and guarantee objectives are met, proactively engage with affiliates, verifying their performance against established targets.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
Professionals with a minimum of one to three years of hands-on experience in sales, affiliate management, or business development are encouraged to apply.
Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities are essential for this role.
