Conduct a thorough analysis of FCR, DWG, egg production trends, and flock uniformity to identify areas requiring modification and optimization.
Streamline and optimize animal feed production methods to enhance profitability per unit.
Guarantee that every production consistently aligns with the company’s established quality benchmarks, adherence to standards, and key performance indicators at all times.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and biosecurity within the feed mill and warehouse facilities.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential, as is strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are also necessary to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
