The successful applicant will possess a robust scientific foundation, extensive B2B sales expertise, and a demonstrated track record of negotiating and finalizing agreements within technical markets.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and leadership initiatives to ensure organizational alignment and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics tailored to drive productivity and foster a culture of accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend innovative solutions that enhance decision-making and business outcomes. Address and resolve complex challenges while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Additionally, mentor team members, cultivate talent, and promote professional development to strengthen overall organizational capability and long-term success.
Proactively cultivate corporate client relationships to advance sales of industrial chemicals, laboratory equipment, and water treatment solutions.
Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging business prospects within key sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil and gas, and research.
Cultivate and sustain robust professional relationships with procurement officers, laboratory managers, and other pivotal decision-makers to facilitate seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs and requirements.
To consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring measurable growth and performance excellence.
Oversee field sales officers and deliver periodic performance evaluations to senior management.
