Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with designated equipment, including Inverters, UPS systems, Batteries, Voltage Stabilizers, and other related electrical appliances, strictly adhering to the established protocols and guidelines of the Service Centre.
Address technical issues impacting the product both within and outside the service center.
Document all service center operations in strict compliance with established procedures, including repair protocols, workflow management, safety measures, and training guidelines.
Compile and submit comprehensive daily reports summarizing operational activities to ensure transparency and accountability within the organization. Accurately document key metrics, project statuses, and any deviations from expected outcomes, highlighting critical issues that require management attention. Review collected data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement, and propose actionable recommendations to enhance productivity and workflow. Maintain meticulous records of all communications, decisions, and follow-ups to support audit trails and compliance with established protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and align reporting standards with organizational goals. Ensure timely submission of reports in accordance with deadlines to facilitate informed decision-making across departments.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrate at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail is critical. Additionally, prior experience in project leadership or team supervision is highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Proficiency in the repair and installation of inverters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and automatic voltage regulators (AVR) is considered advantageous.
Proficiency in electrical wiring methodologies and electronic component functionality represents a valuable asset.
Possesses strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
