Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated Credit Sales/Marketing Executive with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a financial service setting to join our team.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement across all business processes. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead and mentor teams to cultivate a high-performance culture, promote professional development, and achieve departmental and company-wide goals. Serve as a liaison with stakeholders, vendors, and clients to maintain strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and analyses to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Facilitate the achievement of monthly credit sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

Market financial products to both prospective and current clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Cultivate and sustain meaningful connections with customers to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Analyze potential business prospects while facilitating seamless credit onboarding procedures.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in data analysis, project management, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and meet tight deadlines. Additional certifications or advanced training in the field may be required, depending on the role.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in Credit Sales and Marketing.

A proven track record within a financial institution is essential for this role.

Exceptional ability in conveying ideas clearly and persuasively, along with adeptness in reaching mutually beneficial agreements through effective dialogue and compromise.
