The Account and HR Executive will oversee the routine financial activities and human resources processes for RP Facilities Limited.
This position plays a dual role in maintaining precise financial reporting, ensuring seamless payroll administration, upholding compliant HR processes, and fostering optimal employee engagement to enhance the company’s facilities management operations.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and overall performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with broader company initiatives, fostering a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Accounting & Financial Management: Responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Duties include preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, managing cash flow, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making. Requires proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. Must adhere to GAAP standards and possess excellent communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and present financial information clearly.
Maintain precise documentation of all daily financial transactions and petty cash to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Generate client invoices in a timely manner and pursue outstanding accounts receivable with diligence.
Responsibilities include validating vendor invoices, executing payment processing, and overseeing vendor relationship management to ensure accuracy and timely transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Tax Compliance: Responsible for the accurate preparation and timely filing of monthly statutory tax returns, including VAT, WHT, and PAYE, in full adherence to applicable local regulations.
Human Resources and Administration: Responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration, while also overseeing administrative operations such as office management, facility maintenance, procurement, and record-keeping to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsible for administering payroll functions by accurately calculating and processing monthly salaries for staff, including tracking deductions, bonuses, and pension contributions.

Proven experience spanning 2–4 years in managing both accounting and HR responsibilities is required.
Proficient users of accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, are essential for this role.
Possesses a solid grasp of Nigerian Labor Law, personal income tax regulations, and pension schemes, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making in HR operations.
