Job Summary
As the Senior Research Associate, you will spearhead the firm’s research initiatives, providing critical market intelligence, investment insights, and strategic recommendations that enhance portfolio performance, strengthen client advisory services, and drive business expansion.
Manages a diverse range of operational duties to ensure seamless workflow efficiency and organizational productivity. Oversees daily activities, coordinates team efforts, and implements strategies to optimize performance and meet established goals. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Monitors progress through performance metrics, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct comprehensive equity and macroeconomic research initiatives spanning diverse sectors and global markets to inform strategic decision-making.
Perform comprehensive evaluations of companies, industries, and market trends to formulate strategic investment recommendations.
Create sophisticated financial models, establish comprehensive valuation frameworks, craft insightful market outlook reports, and produce high-quality research publications.
Oversee model portfolio operations while delivering expert investment advisory services to senior management, institutional clients, and sales teams.
Craft insightful market commentaries, investment analyses, and strategic research reports on a consistent basis to bolster business expansion and enhance client loyalty.
Willingness to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards is essential. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent professional experience. Previous work in a similar role within the industry is highly beneficial. Professional qualifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Investment Specialist (CIS), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ARCA), or an equivalent credential are strongly preferred.
Seasoned professionals with deep proficiency in financial modelling, company valuation, equity analysis, and macroeconomic research are encouraged to apply.
