Oversee the execution of furniture installation and fit-out operations across project sites to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
Oversee the scheduling and management of installers, skilled craftspeople, subcontractors, and on-site staff to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure all projects adhere strictly to approved drawings, specifications, and established timelines for successful completion.
Perform precise site measurements and validate dimensions to ensure accuracy prior to installation.
Oversee adherence to quality benchmarks while guaranteeing flawless, on-time project completion.
Compile daily site reports that include photographic documentation and progress updates.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the procurement, delivery, and installation of site materials to ensure seamless operations and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements
A relevant HND or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable, along with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, or comparable construction projects.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of kitchen design, wardrobe systems, door installations, wall cladding solutions, and customized furniture projects.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings is essential.
Effective communication, strong leadership capabilities, and robust reporting proficiency are essential for this role.
