In this senior role, you will spearhead the firm’s research initiatives, providing critical market intelligence, investment insights, and strategic guidance to enhance portfolio performance, client advisory services, and overall business expansion.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and innovation. Conduct comprehensive equity and macroeconomic research initiatives spanning diverse sectors and global markets.
Perform comprehensive evaluations of companies, industries, and market conditions to formulate strategic investment recommendations.
Construct financial models, design valuation frameworks, prepare comprehensive market outlook reports, and publish insightful research analyses to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational growth.
Oversee model portfolio operations and deliver strategic investment advisory services to senior management, institutional clients, and sales teams.
Compose periodic market analyses, investment briefs, and strategic research documents to foster business expansion and maintain strong client relationships.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in project management software and strong analytical abilities. The ideal applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools and experience in leading cross-functional teams are also essential. Additionally, the position requires the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Equity Research, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Stockbroking, or Capital Markets, the ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial analysis and market expertise.
Professional credentials, including a CFA, CIS, ACA, ARCA, or an equivalent qualification, are strongly favored.
Seasoned professionals should demonstrate deep proficiency in financial modelling, corporate valuation techniques, equity analysis, and macroeconomic research methodologies.
Strong proficiency in analytical thinking, presentation development, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement is required.
