Analyze intricate technical drawings, decipher welding symbols, and interpret detailed fabrication specifications.
Execute high-precision MIG, TIG, and arc welding operations on carbon steel, stainless steel, and various alloys with meticulous attention to detail.
Conduct thorough weld quality assessments to guarantee compliance with AWS/BS EN standards for all completed work.
Skilled in the precise cutting, grinding, and preparation of heavy metal components in preparation for welding procedures.
Develop and oversee the training and skill development of junior welders and apprentices, ensuring they acquire the necessary competencies and technical proficiencies to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Ensure the welding equipment remains in optimal working condition and uphold rigorous adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
Investigate welding defects thoroughly and propose appropriate corrective measures to address identified issues.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least three years of professional experience in software development is required. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are a must. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are needed to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.
Certification in Trade Test I, coupled with at least three years of demonstrated expertise in welding, is required.
Demonstrated expertise in executing structural, piping, or heavy fabrication projects with a track record of success.
Certified in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques, with a preference for candidates holding a 6G pipe welding certification.
Proficient in interpreting blueprints and capable of executing tasks autonomously with limited oversight.

What We Offer:
Base compensation for this position is set at $120,000 annually.
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s demonstrated proficiency, professional certifications, and applicable industry experience.
Full-time employment is provided, along with additional compensation for overtime hours on project assignments.
